Refund & Returns Policy – Epicquest adventures

At Epic Quest Adventures Private Limited, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You have 3 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
Digital downloads
Personalized/customized products
Health and personal care items
Gift cards

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted)
- Contact your bank

5. Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at epicquestadventures2024@gmail.com and send your item to:

6. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund (depending on the case).
